IN FRAME, IN TOUCH

To be part of Invesence as a photographer means joining a culture built on gratitude, creativity, and collective elevation.

Here, every image is more than documentation—it’s a contribution to the presence we’re shaping in fashion, beauty, wellness, and beyond. We honor the vision behind the lens as much as the talent in front of it, and together we create moments that uplift, inspire, and carry meaning forward.

Photographer FAQ

1. Do I need prior fashion show experience to apply?

No. While runway or event experience is helpful, we welcome photographers of all levels who demonstrate creativity, professionalism, and passion for capturing presence.

2. What types of events can photographers cover?

Photographers may cover fashion shows, pageantry, wellness events, behind-the-scenes content, editorial shoots, and special Invesence projects such as Asian Fashion Week LA.

3. Is this a paid opportunity?

Opportunities may vary. Some roles are volunteer or portfolio-building, while others may be freelance paid assignments or official media partnerships. Selected applicants will be informed of the arrangement in advance.

4. Will I have access to backstage or front-row areas?

Accredited photographers receive specific access passes based on their assignment—this may include backstage, pit, or front-of-house zones depending on the event.

5. Can I use the photos I take for my portfolio?

Yes, approved photographers may use their work for personal portfolios and self-promotion, provided they credit Invesence and the event. Commercial usage requires prior written consent.

6. What equipment should I bring?

Photographers are expected to bring their own professional camera gear (DSLR or mirrorless with appropriate lenses). Lighting setups depend on the event; details will be provided in advance.

7. How will I know if I’ve been accepted?

Our team will review all submissions and notify selected photographers via email with details about access, expectations, and next steps.

8. Can I collaborate long-term with Invesence?

Yes. We’re building a network of photographers who can grow with us across multiple events. Consistent collaborators may be invited into larger media partnerships.

Consent & Updates

With genuine appreciation, we invite photographers to grow with us, share their artistry, and stand within a community that values collaboration over competition.
